Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA programs and work with families to promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. The role offers schedule flexibility with 15–20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Competenze

• Active RBT certification required by BACB.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Must have consistent, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills and daily living skills to children.
• Complete progress notes in the data system.
• Collaborate with families to implement behavior plans.
