Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home and community ABA services as part-time RBTs. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, delivering ABA therapy to children and supporting families in daily activities.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
Pass a criminal background check.
Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver’s license.
Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
Teach skills that allow the keull kids to meet their functional goals and needs
Complete progress notes in our data collection system
Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
