Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in-home and in community settings across Georgia. You will implement ABA programs under supervision and help kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and supervision from experienced BCBAs. Requires RBT certification, HS diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for making a difference in a child’s life.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow children to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
