Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. We support infants through teens with autism, helping them build communication, social skills and daily living routines.

You will work 15-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday after school with weekends as needed. Benefits include PTO, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and supervision for BCBA degrees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and have consistent transportation.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for the keids (children).
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
