Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to deliver in-home ABA services to children in Georgia under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy plans, track progress, and help families apply skills in daily life.

The role emphasizes after-school hours, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement while receiving supervision and support from experienced BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Criminal background check required.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
