Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA services under a BCBA supervisor. The role focuses on implementing ABA programs, teaching functional skills, and recording progress in our data system.

You'll work 15-20 hours per week after school, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. We offer PTO/sick time, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement and BCBA supervision to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke d d o s to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
