Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence, and collect data to track progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and paid travel when applicable, with mentorship and ongoing professional development as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology/Education (preferred)

RBT Certification

Experience with ABA/children

Reliable transportation

Willingness to travel for in-home sessions
