Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth toward BCBA, flexible scheduling, local travel, and benefits for full-time staff as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
