Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect progress data.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth toward BCBA, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time eventually. Local travel is required for in-home sessions; prior experience with ABA and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans devised by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
