Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks an excited Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role involves 1:1 work in homes, schools, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, and recording progress data.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and a pathway from RBT to BCBA with our support, plus flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
