Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing professional development while enjoying flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within a supportive PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Able to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based sessions in home, school, or community settings
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development
