Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress data.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Aufgaben

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
