Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA programs and support children with autism to build communication, social and daily living skills.

Applicants must have an active RBT credential, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. This role offers opportunities for growth and supervision by BCBAs within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA programs and teach functional skills.
• Complete progress notes in data system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.
