Circle Care Services seeks a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervising BCBA. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and progress communication.

Flexible schedule and opportunities to advance in ABA and behavioral health are offered, with support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.
• Reliable transportation and access to own means of travel.
• Interest in behavioral health and autism support.
• Experience with children and caregiving is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with clinical team
