Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under supervision.

You'll provide therapy one-on-one, collect session data, and contribute to progress reports while enjoying a flexible schedule and strong supervision. Prior experience with children is welcomed; RBT certification support is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
