Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children across home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

You'll join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with help to obtain or complete your RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• Share progress with your clinical team
• If you love working with children, or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional, you may be an excellent fit for this role
