Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA programs and collect session data, helping children progress in communication and social skills.

Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision are provided. A high school diploma is required, and you must be 18+ with reliable transportation; RBT certification support is available if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
