Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Enjoy daytime hours with flexible scheduling and strong supervision.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA guidance, collect session data, and help promote positive behavior while communicating progress to your clinical team.

Formación

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
