Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks Behavior Technicians and RBTs to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering ABA programs under supervision. You’ll contribute to progress reports and adapt activities to each child’s needs.

Flexible scheduling and strong supervision support are provided. If not yet certified, support to complete RBT certification is available, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized and dependable; open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and willingness to complete RBT certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
