Circle Care Services is seeking a Behavior Technician or RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will follow treatment plans, collect and track session data, support skill development, and share progress with your clinical team, while benefiting from supervision and growth opportunities.

Flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $20–$30 per hour are offered, with support to complete RBT certification

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.
