Job summary

Circle Care Services is hiring a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

The role offers a flexible schedule, strong supervision, and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health; we support RBT certification if needed and provide ongoing feedback to help you

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
