Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will receive strong supervision, clear guidance, and a supportive environment. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health, with support to complete RBT certification if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
