Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. is seeking an RBT-credentialed part-time clinician to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings.

Sessions are 2–3 hours, typically afternoons/evenings, with caseloads tailored to availability and age groups from toddlers to teens. You will deliver structured, play-based activities, support skill development, and collaborate with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required for continued employment.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families for updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
