Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA services under supervision. The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans, data collection, and supporting skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Positions are in-person in clinic, home, school, or community settings, with opportunities for clinical supervision, ongoing training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies
