Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to autistic children and other developmental delays. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans and collect data across communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires an active RBT credential and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by BACB.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test within the past 12 months.
• Background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
