Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the supervising PT plan of care.
• Instructs and assists patients with active and passive exercises.
• Observes and reports patient progress to the supervising PT and care team.
• Educates patient, family, and caregivers on therapy activities within scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home care settings.
