Job summary

Telos Health Systems in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities. The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative support.

The position supports part-time to start (1-2 days per week) with options to convert to full-time, and includes a competitive sign-on bonus ($10,000) plus a salary or wRVU model.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.)
• Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a clinical team
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and healthcare professionals
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations

Education

Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field
