Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You'll collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to provide individualized, high-quality therapy services.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and potential full-time opportunities within SC's largest network, with a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team and steady hours.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required).
• Must meet federal/state requirements for SLP practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning
• Conduct in-service training and staff education
