Job summary

Greenville Post Acute is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN coverage in Greenville, SC. You will evaluate residents, provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing, and collaborate with physicians and families to deliver high-quality care in a rehab setting.

The role requires an active SC SLP license, with a preference for experience in long-term care and familiarity with PCC/Casamba.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SC SLP license.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care team members.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
