Job summary

Greenville Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to join a collaborative rehab team.

You will work with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care, with supervision of assistants if applicable. A SC license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise SLP assistants (if applicable) per state guidelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care plans.
• Provide staff education and act as a mentor.
