Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy at an Assisted Living Facility in Lake Mary, FL. This PRN role offers flexible visits and clinical autonomy while focusing on helping residents maintain independence and age in place.

You will work under a plan of care, delivering skilled PTAs, communicating with physicians and families, and documenting progress accurately. Prior clinical experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
