Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team serving residents in an assisted living facility in Winter Park, FL. You will provide skilled geriatric therapy under the plan of care and help residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
