Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy during home and ALF visits in Orlando, FL. You will deliver care under a plan of care, helping residents maintain independence and age in place.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
