Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy in an Assisted Living Facility in Heathrow, FL. This PRN role offers flexible visits and clinical autonomy while helping residents maintain independence and age in place.

Compensation is $50 per treatment with a 5-unit visit. PRN therapists select assignments that fit their schedule and work in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.
