Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy in an Assisted Living setting in Plantation, FL. This PRN role offers flexible visits and the opportunity to support residents in maintaining independence and aging in place.

As a PTA, you will administer skilled treatments under the plan of care, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams. Active Florida PTA license required; two years of experience preferred.

Qualifications
