Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient therapy-at-home team serving Assisted Living Facilities in Deerfield Beach, FL. This PRN position offers flexible visits and competitive compensation for geriatric therapy aimed at maintaining residents’ independence.

Responsibilities include providing skilled PT treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to support mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
