Kendallville Manor in Kendallville, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to support residents' mobility and independence. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans and help residents improve strength, balance, and functional skills.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana PTA license required.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve residents' strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, facility, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams to support positive resident outcomes.
