The ideal candidate holds an associate degree from an accredited PTA program, holds an active Indiana PTA license, and is committed to ethical, patient-centered care while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in Indiana.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on functional goals and mobility improvement.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
