Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the greater Cincinnati area. You will work with a therapist-owned team to deliver patient-centered care at convenient locations based on scheduling and census needs.

The role emphasizes flexible PRN scheduling, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining high clinical standards while helping residents regain independence and mobility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Ohio PTA license required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document accurately and meet productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA treatments per plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength and function.
• Communicate progress and recommendations with the supervising PT and care team.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning with the PT team.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and billing documentation.
