Job summary

Cedar Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cedar City, UT is seeking an Occupational Therapist on a PRN basis to join our in-house therapy team. The role involves screening and treating cognitive and ADL-related disorders, developing care plans, and delivering evidence-based rehabilitative interventions.

Qualifications

OT license required.
New grads welcome.
Experience with geriatric rehabilitation a plus.

Responsibilities

Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL issues and develop care plans.
Use standardized assessments to guide interventions.
Provide rehabilitative therapy and skilled treatments per plan of care.
Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities.
Record progress and adjust treatments in patient records.
Communicate progress with supervisors and care team.
Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries following regulatory requirements.
