Cedar Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cedar City, UT is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care to geriatric patients and those with cognitive/physical impairments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes to supervising OT.
