La Dora Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bedford, TX is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and treat patients with cognitive and ADL impairments, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based care in a post-acute setting.

We value teamwork and compassionate care. Licensed OT required; all experience levels considered. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling within a supportive, in-house therapy team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL impairments and plan care.
• Use standardized assessments to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatments per standards.
• Deliver ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments in the medical record.
• Provide discharge summaries and family counseling.
