Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and comfort.

The position offers flexible PRN scheduling with competitive pay of $16–$18 per hour. Current SC CNA certification required; PCC experience preferred. Join our caring team and contribute to high-quality post-acute care.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care.
