Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, South Carolina. With new leadership and exciting positive changes, we’re building a workplace where staff feel heard, supported, and valued.

We offer full-time evening and night shifts (3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM) with competitive pay of $16–$18/hour. This is a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow within our network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina CNA certification.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
