Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute, a 66-bed skilled nursing facility located near Greenville, SC, seeks a dedicated CNA to provide hands-on care and support residents’ comfort and dignity. This full-time role offers evening and night shifts (2nd/3rd shifts) with competitive pay and a friendly, team-oriented environment.

As a CNA, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and withdrawal/changes in conditions, while following care plans and maintaining a respectful setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
