Schneider Electric in Louisville, KY seeks an Order Services Specialist to manage end-to-end order booking, entry, and handoff from sales to execution for power services. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate orders, procurement, and timely processing, while upholding SE standards.

You will develop process improvements, monitor backlogs, and support onboarding of new accounts as part of a blended team. Strong communication and ERP experience are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with BFO, SEA, Q2C, BFS or SAP; Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma processes and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage from order conversion to order entry for Power Complex Orders.
• Coordinate order handoff from sales through to WO creation and procurement.
• Monitor quality metrics and backlog; ensure timely entry of orders.
