Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This per diem, independent contractor role involves in-home visits, patient education, and coordination with pharmacy departments to ensure safe and effective therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state.
• 2+ years in home infusion settings.
• 2+ years IVIG and IV biologics experience.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and phlebotomy.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per plan of care.
• Document nursing notes in medical records.
• Provide telephone and in person patient education on therapy.
• Coordinate with pharmacy departments.
• Ensure therapy adherence and safety.
• Assess patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and initiate preventative care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team.
