Job summary

Brookline College is seeking per diem BSN instructors to teach a combination of clinicals, skills labs and simulation. Shifts times can vary and instructors collaborate with faculty to ensure student success.

Responsibilities include preparing and grading exams, maintaining attendance and grades, supervising clinical experiences, providing feedback, keeping records, and supporting program assessment and student advising.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing as required.
• Experience in nursing education or clinical teaching preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing education best practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade exams.
• Maintain attendance records and submit grades on time.
• Plan orientation for new faculty in theory and clinicals.
• Supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
• Provide timely feedback on clinical performance and events.
• Keep student records and assist with program data collection.
• Participate in committee activities supporting the nursing program.
