Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking per-diem BSN Instructors to teach nursing courses and assist with clinicals. You will facilitate learning, evaluate outcomes, and supervise students in labs and clinicals, while maintaining accessibility via email or meetings.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN or a BSN with teaching experience, and demonstrate strong communication, adult-education skills, and familiarity with FERPA in a college setting. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure.
• Experience teaching in nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to mentor students and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and clinical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning, provide instruction, and evaluate learning across clinicals, labs, and simulations.
• Supervise and debrief students in lab/clinical settings.
• Be available to students via email or conferences.
• Meet all classes and clinical hours as scheduled.
• Ensure classrooms and labs are left clean and organized.
