Job summary

Brookline College is seeking a part-time RN clinical instructor for Obstetrics and Pediatrics. The role involves teaching clinicals, simulation, and skills labs with a flexible, campus-based schedule. MSN or higher and maternal/newborn nursing background are required; teaching experience is not mandatory.

The instructor will collaborate on exams, track attendance, and supervise student clinicals, ensuring alignment with program outcomes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid, active RN license.
• MSN or higher degree with OB, Pediatrics or Education focus.
• At least four years of direct patient care as an RN.
• Clinical teaching experience within the last five years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with instructors to prepare, administer and grade exams; participates in final evaluations.
• Manages attendance and submits grades and records.
• Plans orientation and onboarding for new faculty in theory and clinicals.
• Supervises student clinical experiences in assigned facilities and ensures safety.
